You provide us with personal data via e-mail, online form, telephone call or by delivering physical documents. You provide us with data for the purposes of concluding a contract with you and in order to perform the ordered service for you, so it is imperative that you provide this data. If you do not provide personal data, we may not be able to provide you with our related services in whole or in part.
If you provide us with data for direct marketing purposes, we process it on the basis of your consent, which you can revoke at any time, as stated below. We will use the information you provide us for direct marketing purposes only to send you notifications about news, our announcements, invitations to events and information relevant to you.
In the event that you provide us with information about any person other than you, your employees, counterparties, consultants or suppliers, you must ensure that they understand how their information will be used and that they have given consent for you to disclose it to us, and that allow us and our third-party providers to use them.

We keep your personal data for the entire duration of our contractual relationship with you and for as long as any claims are possible based on this relationship, or to the extent required by currently applicable legislation or state authorities. We will not transfer your personal data to third countries, except to the extent necessary to provide you with our services. In light of the above, we will ensure that data is only passed on to trusted third parties in countries outside the European Economic Area, whose laws may not provide the same level of protection for your personal data. When necessary, POGODBA.NET will ensure that all appropriate safeguards are in place to meet the requirements for the international transfer of personal data under applicable privacy laws. For the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, POGODBA.NET will use mechanisms approved by the Commission as safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses such as "(EU) controller to controller (outside the European Union or the European Economic Area)" Decision 2004 /915/EC (Article 46 GDPR) or any later adopted version of standard contractual clauses that will replace the aforementioned.

6. Your rights in relation to the management and processing of personal data
– RIGHT OF ACCESS [12. to Article 15 GDPR] means that you can ask us at any time whether we are processing any of your personal data and, if so, whether you can access it by providing you with a copy of it and providing you with additional explanations in this regard.
– THE RIGHT TO CORRECTION [16. Article GDPR] means that you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data at any time.
– RIGHT TO DELETE [17. Article GDPR] means that in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR, you can request that we delete your personal data, as far as possible, and in this case we will also ensure that this data is deleted by other controllers to whom we have previously disclosed your information.
– THE RIGHT TO LIMIT PROCESSING [18. Article GDPR] means that we can temporarily stop the processing of your personal data for a certain period, for example in cases where the accuracy of your personal data is disputed, but we need some time to check their (in)accuracy.
– THE RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY [20. Article GDPR] means that you can request us to provide you with your personal data in a structured, usable and machine-readable format and to transmit such data directly to the controller when technically feasible.
– THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO PROCESSING [21. Article GDPR] means that if we process your personal data on the basis of our and your legitimate business interests (above, CATEGORIES 2, PURPOSE and LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA), you can object to this processing and ask us not to we process more.
You can exercise the above-mentioned rights according to the procedure and in the manner prescribed in Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46 /EC (GDPR).

7. Revocation of consent to processing
Where the basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, you may withdraw this consent to the processing at any time by notifying us of your wish to withdraw using our contact details set out in this document.
The revocation of consent for data processing does not affect the legality of data processing, which we carried out on the basis of consent until its revocation.

Our website, due to the use of services for the use and sharing of website content on social networks, enables some cookies from the streaming media YouTube and the social network Facebook. Plug-ins and third-party tools used as cookies enable the functionality to work, help analyze the frequency of visits and the way the website is used.

Publications on our website occasionally contain content from foreign websites (embedded video).
