Business contract

Pogodba o (običajno poslovnem) sodelovanju je t. i. inominatna pogodba, kar pomeni, da ni natančno definirana v zakonu, ampak je nastala na podlagi pravne prakse med poslovnimi subjekti. Gre za dogovor o sodelovanju med dvema, po navadi pravnima, osebama.
